    Five-star service, every time. Customer service doesn’t get better than this. Sure, their catalog is massive and search can be a bit “meh,” but tap the chat bubble bottom-right and a real human will help you find it, customize it, or build it from scratch. Friendly, fast, and clearly not a bot. I’ve ordered customized cables from MODDIY multiple times and they’ll continue to be my go-to. Lead times are quick, quality is solid. I did have one fan extension where the connector came off on first unplug, but I’m confident they’d have replaced it in a heartbeat if I’d asked. Humans make things—and they make it right. Highly recommended.
