Product Description

Dimension:  9mm x 9mm x 12mm

ChipSink is a complete range of passive heatsinks, specifically designed to correctly cool chips integrated into motherboards, such as: frequency generators (PLL), power supply regulators (MOSFET), peripheral control chipsets (SouthBridge) and integrated controllers (RAID, SATA). These coolers so that they can be easily installed on the above components when the motherboard is purchased. These components do not generally have adequate cooling systems and are always subjected to intense heat during system overclock and overvolt. The anodized surface ensures electrical insulation and maximum heat dissipation through radiation.

  • Easy to install
  • Anodized and not electrically conductive
  • Available in black, blue, pink

"I recognized the brand name, the help/FAQ sections about 12vhpwr was SUPER informative. I learned so much. It gave me two things: 1) safety knowing my configuration would work (Corsair sf600 to 12vhpwr cable, with standard power limits and currently no application that maxes GPU) 2) learned a bit more about my PSU and PSU's in general. I cross-referenced your FAQ with the Hardware Busters/Cybernetics documents and really learned everything."
