Honeywell’s PTM7950 series, a super highly thermally conductive Phase Change Material (PCM) in both pad and paste formats, is designed to minimize thermal resistance at interfaces, maintain excellent performance through reliability testing, and provide scalable application at a competitive cost.
Based on a novel polymer PCM system, this material exhibits excellent interface wettability during typical operating temperature ranges, resulting in extremely low surface contact resistance.
A proprietary material provides superior reliability (pass 150˚C baking 1000 hours, T/C-B 1000 cycles) and maintains low thermal impedance (<0.04˚Ccm2/W @ no shim), making the PTM7950 series desirable for high performance integrated circuit devices.

astonishing performance
"Enough for (2) 2080 Ti dies (TU-102) or and a smidge extra. Easily enough for a couple of AD-102 RTX 4090 cards.
Having used both the paste and the pad forms now I strongly prefer the paste by far despite what reddit guidance would lead to you believe. They have comfortably within margin for error performance to each other.
On TU-102, it actually performs on par with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut sans the pump out I see in about a year's time. TG kryonaut Extreme has a 1.5°c edge and showed no signs of pump out at the annual loop maintenance interval so to skip the disassembly in the future, this is all I will be using on direct die applications going forward"
